Job Description:
We are looking for a Plant Manager to oversee operations in our Steel Melting Shop/Induction Furnace, Scrap Yard, and Caster departments. The role includes ensuring efficient production, managing resources, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in all plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Steel Melting Shop, Induction Furnace, Scrap Yard, and Caster.
• Manage plant resources, staff, and production schedules.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals and optimize plant performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plant management, particularly in steel production or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of induction furnaces, steel melting, casting, and scrap yard operations.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
